踏み込みの良さ、受けの強さ、玉が敵陣に殴りこむ際の、生命力の強さ、力強さ。リーグ戦では、格上の棋士ばかりでしょう。けれども、アマチュア時代に銀河戦で踏み込み良く勢いある将棋で勝ちあがった時の、瀬川復活となれば、王位戦リーグでも大暴れできるはず。決して「教わろう」なぞと思わず、自分の将棋を指していただきたい。
瀬川さんの活躍に映画ロッキーが重なります。

トーナメントでは勝つごとにプレッシャーが大きくなりますし、順位戦ではアマチュアには計り知れない重圧があるんだろうなと思います。
王位リーグは、瀬川先生のプロ入りの原動力「指したい手をのびのび指す」が存分に発揮できる舞台ですね。
